Cozy hotel recommended for families

+ Tasty dinner with a variety of salats, main dishes and desserts changing every evening + it’s worth spending money on the premium room, very cozy + bike rental at the hotel for 9€ a day + friendly waitresses despite the noise and stress level in the restaurant + beautiful flour bushes over the whole area + nice park + the housings were spread over a large surface. We didn’t bump into other tourists the whole time as it’s the case in a big hotel + parking place in front of the house

- rooms could be cleaned more accurately (hair on the floor) - no ventilation in the bathroom - the pool was ice cold

Perfect for our family

This hotel is located 6 minutes walk from the coast and beach. It is great in so far that you are away from the buzz (pool and entertainment, meal times) with your room or apartment and you don't feel built in by huge hotel properties. The kids' pool area is fantastic, a great family hotel. We booked self catering, but had the odd drink in the evening or from the pool bar. Quite cheap considering we are from Ireland (Cocktail 5 Euro). Cleaning is done every day except sundays which is great. We also had rented a car and could park in one of the streets surrounding the apartment blocks. No problem at all. We travelled with a 2 year old and he loved the kids' disco in the evening (between 8-9pm). During the day there is plenty of activities for all, even pool aerobics.

We were only missing a toaster and a kettle.

Lovely staff but do not pay for the day pass option.

Facilties were great, everywhere was clean with lots to do and reception staff were so helpful and friendly.

There was limited assortment of alcoholic drinks, not even house brands were available so we had to pay extra for drinks. Good choice of food but hot food was luke warm or cold. Snacks were very limited to hotdogs and ice cream only. We had some family come to meet us for a meal and a day pass, yes they had to pay to join us, which we didn't mind but was made to feel unwelcome, they continued to check there pass and ticket multiple times. We contacted the hotel to check this option was available before booking, but feel as they had paid nearly 150 euros for the day, they may have been treated like a normal guest.

Decent short stay in Cala Millor

We stayed in room 204. The room was spacious and the location relative to Cala Millor center was very good. Offered facilities were very decent.

The room's bathroom was not well equipped, e.g. shower amenities. The AC was broken and needs repair. Rooms in general need some renovation. The price asked for the room is a bit unmatching what was offered.

Wonderful

Lovely layout to the hotel. Great pool. Good selection of food choice. Lovely staff. Very clean.

Paper cups at bar. Wine. We went all inclusive and didn’t arrive until after midnight. On last day our flight wasn’t until late. I felt the reception staff weren’t very helpful when we asked if we could pay for a later checkout. Didn’t check to see arrival time of next guest or offer us an extra hour or 2 in the room. The maid could have easily left our room to clean until last. When I went to check out I was asked if I was leaving there and then. I told the receptionist we had a late flight and she couldn’t grab the scissors quick enough to remove my all inclusive band. I was gonsmacked as never have I experienced this is any other hotel. I asked why she removed it and told her we paid for all inclusive but missed out on the 1st day as we arrived late. She said we could have lunch - gave me a ticket. Why not just leave me with the band so that I could avail of a drink throughout the day? Not a good business decision to do that as I had a great stay but left with a bad experience.

Family friendly hotel, our boys on 8 and 11 really loved it.

The food was okay, but i think it could be better. I wouldn't mind paying 5-10% more, and then get a higher quality of food, were beef also was served.

Perfect Hotel for families with young children

Hotel was perfect for two young children (2 & 6) - the pool and other areas were excellent, clean and well maintained. Our room was large, well equipped, clean and in great condition.

The location was very close to the beach, approx 10 mins walk. The staff were friendly and the food buffet was reasonable.

The air condition in the room was ok and not strong. The kitchen didn't have an electric kettle though the facilities in booking.com said it did. The room was on the 3rd floor and the building had no lift, so we had to lift our check-in luggage up until the 3rd floor.

Family-friendly hotel

* There are a lot of families with their kids at the hotel. you can feel comfortable with your kids. * The nearest beach is perfect and it is easy to go there. * The room is comfortable and large enough for families. * Good shows at night, especially for the children.

* We had to come earlier than check-out time because of our flight and we were too tired with two kids. But they did not offer even coffee or tea at the reception (even water). It was very bad start. * The hotel is all-inclusive but there is no water at the hotel. I stayed in numerous all-inclusive hotels all over the world but this was the first time for me. You must wait for meals to take 'a cup of water' or buy it at the bar. (1 bottle of water is 2 Euro) * There was little variety in the food. So after the second day, we had to eat the same thing. * The pools smelled of chlorine and they were not large/clean enough. There were a lot of mom-dad-kids at the pool and it is not easy to play with your kids without harming others.

in general a great appartment and not over priced(for Mallorca)

the apaprtment was new and modern.everything we needed. very comfortable beds and sofa as well. nice terasse. enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids.location was calm,perfect.by car easy parking in front of our building. swiming in short distance.

we didnt had a half board,so we cooked for ouselves. I would appreciate more equiped kitchen.one big knife for one week and one kitchen towel was not enough. freezer would be helpfull as well,but fridge is okay.

Really great apartments, lovely location.

The apartment was really clean, good facilities like the pool and gym, and the location was amazing so close to the beach and restaurants. Reception staff were also very nice particularly Lluís :)

There could be more equipment in the apartments, as we planned to cook meals during our stay there wasn’t a dish rack and other little things that make cooking a little inconvenient.

Clean resort with friendly staff. Good value for money.

Staff was friendly, the whole resort was pretty clean, selection of food wasn’t huge but quality better than in some 4star hotels we stayed in, I liked the fact they had darkening curtains in the bedrooms as I can’t sleep in a bright room, pool area wasn’t overcrowded even though the pool isn’t very big and people were well behaved not to reserve their seats, location away from crowded area of Cala Millor but still walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops Possibility to do laundry on site which is handy for a longer stay

The walls of the building are very thin which means you can hear everything. While we cannot confirm that you hear the entertainment in the rooms until midnight as some people claimed, you sure can hear every scooter passing or people talking. Our room was straight over the restaurant and we heard all the chairs moving during service. As this is a general problem in hotels in Spain we had ear plugs with us, so for us not a big deal but could be annoying for light sleepers. For the rest no complaints, just a few suggestions: More equipment in the kitchen of the apartment (barely enough for a family of 4) The bathroom had enough space to put more shelves in More storage/shelves in apartment for clothes and shoes (again when traveling with 4 people it gets tight)

I would recommend this place to families with kids

- location, close to the beach and still in quite street - beautiful beach - friendly stuff - great food, we were nicely suprised by the sushi chef every Wednesday - entartaiment for the kids

- there was no fresh water available during the day, only to order from the bar (we had all inclusive)

Lovely clean hotel with great facilities.

Lovely hotel and facilities. We have the premier room with pool view and was worth the upgrade as room had been recently renovated and was more a 4 star room. Kids absolutely loved the pool and the splash park. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful at all times. Whole hotel is very clean and maid service was fab. We Didn't try the food as not all inclusive. Good supermarket 1/4 mile away down the road. Cala Bona and Cala Millor around half a mile to a mile walk away.

Entertainment was mainly aimed at the German and Spanish families and didn't seem to be up to much. Mainly kids disco at night. Entertainers in the day didn't try to engage or speak to us. You also had to be up early to get a sun lounger as reserved early on. Bit of a walk in the heat (we went during heat wave) to Cala Millor. It is not on the beach front.
